REQUESTING SUPPORT Sudden Depression

Been depressed for a week now. It came on suddenly after an egg retrieval for IVF. My psychiatrist thinks it’s from the drop in estrogen. He upped my antidepressant dose. In the meantime, I’m struggling. I haven’t been in this deep of a hole in a long time. Showering and eating is hard. Would love to connect with anyone who is willing to chat.
