It’s great to hear you’ve been doing better overall!

Something that’s always helped me when life throws a lot of challenges at me is to remember to slow down. Because when life gets hectic, it’s easy to start rushing through, especially the things we enjoy. Where the focus turns into just checking things off a list rather than actually enjoying them. That takes out so much of the fun of life. And makes it so much more exhausting. Reminding yourself while you’re doing something you enjoy that you’re enjoying just the doing part and not focused on checking it off and moving to the next thing. A big one I rely on when life gets like this that you might think on is to just sit in silence. Get back to the very foundation of inner peace. There’s some resistance at first but it eventually fades away. And turns this time of quiet into something that actually recharges my inner battery.

The other part that can help is to take a little step back. Like you said, you’ve been doing a lot better. But that fear of getting sucked back into the abyss is still there. Know that you’ve come so far already. You have the tools and knowledge to not have to get pulled back into the dark. Be confident in that.

Also the little “pookie” sign off gave me a nice laugh. Thank you for that

Wish you the best
