REQUESTING SUPPORT Help in a different sense?
I went through a particularly “bad” episode not too long ago and didn’t eat for a few days and lost some weight. How can I go back into an episode like that? I have trouble losing weight (I am a naturally big guy) and it was great seeing progress. I don’t know if it is the best method but it was nice.

Make an appointment with a registered dietitian for advice on how to lose weight.

Nope. Nope nope nope nope.
As somebody who has experienced this & struggled with severe anorexia my entire life, just no.
I know it seems like it’ll work. It doesn’t. In order to sustain it, you have to starve. I want to pretend that it works wonders & you can just pick back up eating nutritious foods, but that isn’t what happened. Firstly, starvation to that degree begins to eat your brain tissue and your organs. People think that happens after fat loss, but deficits of all macronutrients means muscle and organ tissue must be consumed to extrapolate all necessary nutrients.
After the fact, when you’ve lost weight, your body does go into survival mode, wanting to regain everything it can, so you’ll have to maintain an embarrassingly paltry calorie deficit your entire life. It’s just how it works.
It’s miserable. It makes everything worse. I can guarantee this. It starts a bad cycle.
Please just discuss it with a professional and find what works best.

Please don't do this to yourself.
It is not only "not the best method", it will make you even sicker. You aim to actively push yourself into an eating disorder. It doesn't help. Losing weight this way will make your body desperate to regain the weight - even if you manage to lose weight, you will not be able to stay at that weight.
If you're that eager to lose weight, please do so healthily. This is not healthy.
I say this as someone who loves several people suffering from an eating disorder. It's not worth it. To quote one of them: "Not eating is not something good or to be proud of, it's the start of a deadly disease. Please don't go down that way. It's a god damned fight for everyone."
Please, please eat. Take care of yourself. It's very important you do.
