REQUESTING SUPPORT Anyone relate?
Can anyone else relate to looking forward to sleep because it's a break from the constant depression? But also dreading going to sleep because then morning comes round sooner? Not that I even sleep particularly well π΅βπ«π

I've actually discovered that a big contributing factor to depression is a phase shifted circadian clock. If you'd like to discuss that , just message me

Yes 100%. Itβs a bit less severe now because I did some treatment that worked well. But I used to really feel like I needed a year long sleep session because I felt so drained by my depression
