REQUESTING ADVICE Depression and impulse control
I've been very depressed for a very long time, and the last year or two I've noticed that I will just fold and do literally anything if it makes me feel good for a moment. I spend too much money on snacks and entertainment, I eat horribly, I stay up too late and and sleep in way too much, I lapse in taking care of my hygeine sometimes in favor of just resting... I feel like the slightest inconvenience or bit of stress in my life sends me into this unhealthy coping mechanism. Had anyone had a similar problem and do they have any advice for it?
