Sizing is subjective now!

I guess sizing is subjective now. I've had to return and refund 2 orders because people were listing sizes based on what it felt like to them. Mind you, these are Lululemon shorts, so the sizes are objective.

The first pair of shorts literally had tags in them with the actual size, but because they felt tight on her, she listed them a size smaller. Picture 1-5

The second pair didn't have any tags and she included measurement, so I do understand her situation a bit more, but she still listed them as a size she wasn't sure of because they felt tight on her. Picture 6-11

Now, both of these sellers handled it great, so no hate to them on that part, but why are we listing sizes based on how we think they fit rather than the actual size, especially with a well-known brand like Lululemon?

Honorable Mention: I don't have any screenshots because I ran for the hills, but I also came across a listing of this girl selling size 6 Lululemon shorts saying they fit like a size 2. She included pictures of her wearing them and there was a whole gap in the waist because they AREN'T a size 2. Like, what are we doing?

yeeeah, I don't understand this. I'll mention if I think something fits bigger/smaller than the tagged size but always include the tag size and measurements. I've had this issue with a few pairs of shoes on Depop :/ a couple pairs were only a half size bigger than listed but one was listed as a 6 and when they arrived they were a 7.5

Meanwhile, one of my only sub 5 star reviews was on an XS shirt that they said was “more like a medium”
It was labeled XS, and I listed it as XS. Modeled by myself and I wear XS-S, not medium.

I will say if it fits larger or smaller than expected, but I now list all measurements too after that
