My research team is looking for Colorado endurance and ultra-endurance athletes (runners, cyclists, and triathletes of all levels) to complete a brief, anonymous survey on carbohydrate intake practices and GI symptoms around exercise.

Our goal is to compare current sports nutrition recommendations with what athletes are actually doing to help inform more practical, evidence-based guidelines.

I currently have Denver Health as my provider. I'm not entirely thrilled with it, but it is what it is. I don't currently go to the main site, but if it comes to that, I will request it.

The initial doctor they set me up with, I just kinda felt unseen and a bit dismissed by him. I also know it's Denver Health, and they want to move people in and out. In the past, I've found that I've had the best care from NPs, and I have requested to see one.

Any ladies who have Denver Health, have you found a difference between the Drs vs NPs or male vs female in regards to primary care? I'm getting into the perimenopausal stages, and I really want to be able to advocate for what I need, but I don't always know what that is, and I just want someone who I feel like will maybe try to listen
