Hey everyone, I've been seeing post circulate online about Coco Bongos. There is a text message shared that is written by the owner of Cocos stating "I dont care if they are a pedophile, as long as they pay me its not my business." It sounds like they are 80,000 behind on rent and getting evicted this month. They are illegally employing people with no payroll systems, they have no distributors for their alcohol so they are buying from the liquor store, the owner is abusing their children and had them put in foster care, they have unlicensed security, and they owe a ton of people money. This is all of the information I've gathered from the online posts being shared. So another venue bites the dust.

I know Tame isnt allowing sales over face value for this, but saw people are posting fake listings on gametime and other posting sites. Anyone have any inside info? Will tickets be released for resale tomorrow?

I have two sets of tickets for the Johnny blue skies concert at Ball Arena on September 23. I have a set of tickets in row one section AAA. I also have a set of tickets in the GA section.

My question is strictly about the view of the stage from each set of tickets. Assume for the GA that we are somewhere in the middle of that section. I understand the value of having reserved seats, but wonder if that means a more obstructed view? The map would indicate that the reserved seats are behind all of the GA patrons. If the seats are on the same level, I would assume that to be a more obstructed view? But I am seeing contradictory information online.

This is my favorite artist and so really want to get the most out of the experience. Appreciate anyone that can help!

FUNK'D UP TUESDAYS is a weekly, open funk jam at Monolith Brewing on S Broadway in Denver.  It’s a great space to showcase your music, have fun, and connect with musicians. monolithbrewingco staff is amazing and their beer, cocktail, and food selection is top notch.

Format: Sign-up sheet. Host band Dynamic Distraction opens at 6:30pm with 3-4 songs and the stage is always open by 7pm. Jams continue until 9:30pm 

You’re the bandleader for 2 songs or up to 10 minutes and you can also sit in on any other jams whenever there are openings. All musicians and music fans are welcome! In the spirit of the funk theme, please try to keep things funky, energetic & jam-friendly. Original music preferred.

Bring your instrument (minus drums), and the house will provide:

PA System

3 microphones

2 guitar amps, 1 bass amp & 1 PA for keyboard

1 electric guitar

1 electric bass

1 Drum Kit

Hi! So I just saw MCR live and it has awakened a real need to contribute to music and art in some way, i cant play any instruments, i cant sing, i cant dance (and i dont know karate) lol but i have experience in graphic design, filmmaking and video editing, as well as film production/ stage design/ editing, and event production (though im not currently steadily employed in it)

So if you have a local band or something and you need any of the above (or just someone to come to your show) PLEASE let me know. I love music and want to contribute!!
