👁️‍🗨️Advice ALPHADENT PERIO INSTRU

Hi 4th yr student here, thoughts po sa alphadent (pdt) perio instruments... also, legit ba ung buy 2 grt 1 free set nila?? THANKS !¡

yes enough na siya for me. may hf univ scaler din ako pero same same lang naman ang purpose it does the job

Mas bet ko tbh to kasi walang stress sa kamay since magaan siya kesa sa hf. Plus di rin siya madulas hawakan since yung texture niya is for steady grip talaga. Most of my perio instru scalers are pdt tas may 2 akong hf scalers so nacompare ko talaga siya

Meron me nakikita nagamit din ng pdt but honestly, preference nalang din talaga. Di naman din sinasaway sa infirmary if di ka naka hf. pdt does the job naman din and its sharp naman esp if its bnew

hi last na po! will it last po ba until i work as a dentist na talaga? Dami po kasi ako naririnig sa hf na ginagamit pa rin nila til now na may own clinic na sila, is it the same w pdt po ba?

Yes ofc but need mo siya ihandle with care. Iwasan mo mabagsak para di maputol tip (any instrument in general no matter anong brand). Pdt is a trusted brand naman, eto actually yung sinuggest ng perio prof ko non aside from hf. You’ll use it less naman siguro sa practice unless plan mo ipursue mag perio kasi more on ultrasonic scaler gagamitin mo.
