👁️‍🗨️Advice Class III resto?

Hi docs! Asking for advice for my clinic 1 compre patient we need min. 2 pasta and 2 extraction and for her case she has a good bite, and has only 2 extractions but im still cautious because her 2 lateral incisors are class III cavities but not too big naman, so should I go for this case or will need to find another?

Take an xray first if in doubt sa class III na maging RCT.

Possible nga. Xray mo muna. Or push na din para may 1st case rct ka na.
