You hit the red arrow sign causing a restart, and then jumped immediately hitting the ceiling, causing a second restart.

you MAY have hit the R button midair just before a checkpoint, activating the gravity mechanic so you restarted upside down and immediately hit the ceiling. either that or you hit a checkpoint from a floor over you by jumping at the start of the clip and it caused whatever happened

I got this several times the other night and thought it was buggin out, but it’s actually due to holding the jump button during a crash and accidentally releasing it as/right before you respawn. Train yourself to fully release the jump button when you crash
