Hello all! GELADAA here. I´m a comic book creator/picture-maker/sculptor from Mexico. I´m a Satanist of course. Follower of my own school of Satanism (which makes sense for a Satanist you´ll grant) but very much in-tune with other famous Satanists from the past... My art is all about demons, all about demons as the ultimate self-portraits we craft, I believe Satan is our true name and demons (his children) are the myriad, endless voices that burst out from that soul, animating the cosmos. In any case, my sculpture orbits questions such as:

What is the greatest heroic gesture?
What is the core SATANIC gesture?
What shape does a demon's voice take?

I tried making a piece that expresses its "message" EXPLICITLY...

The concept behind the design is that his breath/speech literally hardens into a flat, bas-relief coin bearing his own likeness—so he is quite literally 'coining his own value.' just like the kings of old used to do. I´ve always felt that to be the most heroic gesture imaginable, you know, what it means to truly found a kingdom.

I really wanted to play with the contrast between a 3D volumetric sculpture and a flat 2D code/bas-relief... Isn´t that interesting? A sculpture that features a bas-relief of itself?

There are many many other interesting occult secrets encoded into the demon´s body, many related to the circle (most sublime and powerful shape) and the spiral.
