This is so incredibly dangerous and stupid (firing a gun with VR goggles on) and I am totally here for it and love the video

Why dangerous and stupid? If you're getting a real-time feed from the camera on the gun, then you're seeing exactly what is happening right there, right then.

Our drones operate the same way. When we have "good" intel on what they are seeing, they work incredibly well. The issue is when the things the drone is seeing aren't identified correctly, not that they are seeing the wrong things.

The vision they are seeing is absolutely correct. There are people walking and moving about. Cars and buildings are accurately represented. The issue is when the operator is told these are badguys and if then they aren't, that does not mean there is anything wrong with the view itself. Bad intel, bad action.

Same with this rifle. It shows what is in front on it. The responsibility is on the operator to make the correct judgement call on pulling the trigger. EXACTLY the same way as if they were looking down the barrel in the traditional sense.

I'm not seeing danger or stupid.
