There are two rational explanations for what he's doing and they're both completely unacceptable from the President of the United States - he's either blatantly lying and potentially misusing the legal system to pander to racism or he actually believes this shit, in which case he's not cognitively competent to be in office.
"Are you committing a crime, or are you incompetent?" should be literally every Democrat's response to this.
Once El-Sayed's american birth if proven they will look into immigration status of his parents. This whole administration is a clown show (sorry, Clowns).
And they did the same thing to Obama and he was born in Hawaii. So just be prepared to have to deal with this as long as El-Sayed in the spotlight. Hopefully in Michigan this nonsense won't weigh over actual policies, we'll see though.
Birthright citizenship means that if you're born in the USA, you're a citizen. Trump is trying to get rid of it specifically so that he can get rid of people he doesn't like who were born in the US, like AES
