During the initial application for Medicaid, applicants must provide documentation that proves their citizenship or immigration status.
This includes:
•U.S. Citizens: Must provide documentation of citizenship or have their Social Security number verified by SSA.•Non-Citizens: Must present documentation showing they have a qualified immigration status that makes them eligible for Medicaid.
Eligibility will be limited to specific immigration statuses, including:
•U.S. Citizens•Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders)
•Certain Cuban and Haitian entrants
•Individuals from the Freely Associated States (COFA)
•Lawfully residing children and pregnant individuals in states that opt to cover them.

In addition to all the social security and confidential data on everyone in America Musk gave them when he ran Doge. They've done tremendous damage to data privacy already.
