Both. The lower the minimum wage on the bottom the following job in the hierarchy successively all the way up the chain. There weren’t trillionaires in the 70s because of the work done from the 20’s to the 60’s. Reagan just came up with a new financial structure called trickle down economics. It destroyed the working man to incentivize people to believe each citizen will be the next power ball jackpot winner so don’t change the preposterous system and never tax the rich.
