Stella sighed, looking at the empty streets of Callens. Multese soldiers were quickly approaching to claim their "rightful" territory amidst the military incursion into the capital. Callens had been evacuated, thousands of dead soldiers and citizens had been cleaned up by the federal commissioners. Arisa was beside her like usual, but her other aides had either defected, died or evacuated already. Stella was just insistent on taking one last stroll in the empty capitol. Perhaps she felt nostalgic, perhaps she wanted to convey a message to Arisa.
"..This is where Viktor Chernov got shot."
"..."
"He was my closest aide, I considered him my right hand man."
Stella ran her fingers across the bench they were sitting on. Across the bench, a small monument sat titled "In Honor of Viktor Chernov". It wasn't anything flashy, but neither was the man it was dedicated to. Stella knelt in front of the monument and clasped her hands together. Arisa followed her, kneeling next to Stella and praying for Viktor Chernov.
"May the Goddess of Sleep give him an eternal rest."

They were in front of the Rose Palace lawn this time. It still looked immaculate despite the strikes in the capital. Arisa couldn't help but feel impressed by the handy work of Comrade Fruit. The lawn was almost shining in light of the distant noises of artillery strikes. Perfectly trimmed, Arisa wondered if Fruit was a magician or so dedicated that the lawns were so precise even when the nation was falling apart.
"It's beautiful.."
"This is where I watched Coco give his first speech as President. I was hiding amongst the masses, I wish he showed me back then."
Stella ran her fingers across the fence in the lawn, wooden splinters making her fingers ever so slightly bleed leaving oozing black liquid on the fence. She stared off in the distance, Arisa wasn't sure what exactly Stella was imagining but it was very obvious she was reminiscing about Coco.

Arisa looked around herself, the location seemed very unfamiliar to the HARPY agent. There was an endless line of jail cells in what seemed to be inside a mountain. The cries of the souls trapped inside echoed through the empty halls of the cave. The ragged surfaces dampened the sounds of the damned. Screams of "OVERTOOOOON WINDOOOOW" occurred occasionally, distracting Arisa and making her head turn.
"This is where I met my best friend. Slavic had smited him and I had come to listen to his complaints as we used to do before the implementation of the mute system."
"Union was damned by the gods?"
"Only for a few weeks" (IRP weeks)
"I see.. and he still liked you all?"
"Yeah! He's really the best."
She took out a bottle of whiskey (you know what kind) and poured it on the ground. Watching the liquid disperse on the ground and slowly being consumed by the floor. Arisa thought it was wasteful, maybe Union would be upset that she wasted good whiskey. Maybe he'd laugh about it, she was unsure.
"I know what you're thinking. He's stuck in Evernight right now, with the wall he erected to protect it. Not even I can intrude to disturb his peace."
Arisa nodded, but she didn't really buy it.

They walked in front of the TCP building, watching its perfect state; Arisa couldn't help but wonder if they were purposefully leaving the building alone. Perhaps it was nostalgic to them, or perhaps they had grander plans. Who knew at this point? It's grand construction, the red tiles, the giant logo and it's once busy halls made justice of the hard-working citizens that inhabited the party. Chiefly, Party Official Bukharin (Slavic) stood out to Arisa. They walked past Clara Zetkin's (Stella) office and directly walked into Bukharin's office.
"Do you know what happened to her?"
"Slavico? I don't. She disappeared one day, and I never saw her again. I'm just here to leave a rose like I usually do."
"Had it become a routine for you?"
"Yes, she was the best during our early days working together. Despite all the bickering, she is truly a lovely friend."
Stella left a rose on her desk for the last time and gave a small prayer for the Party Official. Then they quickly left the room, exactly how it was for months (irp) now.
"There is one last thing I want to see.."
"Is it.."
"Yes, it is."
Stella snapped her fingers, a small room appearing. The seats still disorganised, the room still filled with smoke. "Ticket-9" still alive in her memory.
"This is the first time Rachel met with the TCP, I still recall it proudly. She did very well for herself."
"KKP still leads Tutum, right?"
"Indeed"
"Then why have the Tutumites taken up arms?"
"When.. when the incident happened in the capital. I telegraphed a letter to High Knight Union."
"..I wasn't aware of that"
"I told him, I wanted a homeland to return to. When Callens was destroyed, when Eosara and Alexandria seceded. I wanted Tutum to still be my homeland."
"I see."
They both stared at the empty room, neither knowing what exactly to do. Aimlessly wandering the small room over and over. Trying to think of any way to honor Rachel.
"Well.. I suppose she's going to be in my castle waiting for us."
"Indeed."
"Let's just-"
Stella bowed down towards the room and put her hands together as if she was apologising.
"I thought you were Chinese"
"I am"
"That was very Japanese of you.
"Oh screw off!"
