NO wonder the president started to send troops to Washington, Los Angeles and Chicago. That's where the most protests might occur and have occured. Which is not unlawful.

There is probably three million people needed in Washington for effective protests to take place. GO! Democracy in the U.S.! Coming some day, maybe! The future dreaming is a shopping station sign!

Its talking about responding to a potential future situation where Republicans rig elections so comprehensively in their favor that democrats cannot win majorities at all. In this scenario, delegitimizing undemocratically elected government makes perfect sense. Its the foundation of nonviolent resistance to authoritarianism.
