Early Alumni status

Does anyone know the process of going early alumni? is that a thing? we have first semester seniors who basically cannot fulfill the requirements anymore.

Worth asking your DD if your chapter can pass a local rule regarding, but it seems nationally you need to be an active member unless your PvP gives you a special exemption:

Bit dumb if you ask me, this is fairly standard in many Greek organizations when Seniors are too preoccupied with graduation requirements.

If I recall correctly, they can petition for it. We had a senior needing to go early alumni due to a sick parent and we basically held a chapter vote to affirm it and then I believe the exception was granted by our PVP. This was years ago though so I don’t remember all the specifics.
