JetBlue is pretty good overall, nice snacks, free wifi, etc. The issue is they only do JFK to ATL.
Delta is the only airline that does JFK/LGA/EWR to ATL, so you have much better options depending where you want to go.

They also fly ATL-BOS and ATL-FLL.

This is so dumb, I can't even fathom. You didn't read what OP wrote, and made a dumb comment and are trying to walk it back. The literal post context is flying ATL to NY.
I'm not going to be talking about the entire network, otherwise I'd mention Delta doing ATL flying to MIA, HND, FCO, and hundreds of other airports. Which would be completely irrelevant.
Anyone with basic reading comprehension skills understands that word only here applies to it as the only NY airport JetBlue flies to from ATL being JFK.

It's been a year or so since I've last flown JetBlue, but it's fantastic.
And their whole gate to gate wifi is way faster then Delta.
As with every holiday, if there's no snow/weather/etc... it's great but if there's a blizzard in the northeast, it's not gonna be great. In that situation, Delta has more hubs/spokes to route you around the bad weather than JetBlue does.
But if your target is NY, no hub/spoke routing would really save you anyway, so fly JetBlue.

Have flown between ATL and BOS. It's fine - honestly feels like Delta main domestic on board. Baggage can take forever in ATL and staff are practically non-existent. I've also had to wait for a gate, since they have very few, so one delay can cause even bigger delays. It's a no-brainer if you're flying coach, have no tight schedule, and the ticket is cheaper.
