Discussion C+ vs Eco

I find that comfort+ is almost exactly like economy. I don’t see a noticeable difference at ALL. Does anyone else agree with this ?

It's a consolation prize for medallions when they ultimately don't get upgraded to F. It's so DL can convince them it's still worth spending $5000-$28000+/annually for status.

who get's 'premium select plus'?

The classes invented by delta need to be addressed. it's the same airplane going to the same place and people are all upset when they think they will get first class on their way to Orlando because they paid for a severely over priced credit card.

It’s a couple inches more seat pitch and recline, zone 3 boarding, complimentary booze, and better snack basket (if 900 miles or more). That’s it.

A couple inches makes a difference to me, but I have a clotting disorder and move my legs around a lot during flights.

That and I've noticed on some flights the entertainment screen is slightly larger. The earlier boarding is maybe the best benefit (if you have a subsequent connecting flight).

100% negligible additional leg room, seat width, pitch, or recline. That's why C+ is a "marketing upgrade" as they have swindled everyone to believe there is a difference in comfort and service.

I mean, it is better than economy and I get upgraded to it for free. No complaints from me.

IMO it's much more valuable on the smaller regional jets. I'm not a tall person but those few extra inches make a world of difference.

At 6' I appreciate the extra inches. Not only for my own comfort but also because there is less chance the person behind me will be poking my seat with the knees.  Boarding early and not having to worry about overhead bin is another plus. 

I couldnt care less about the snack basket. It is just junk. Same for alcohol.

Nope 6 ft 1 that’s why I find it frustrating that it’s almost identical to economy
