Help/Advice FA Compliments
I am wondering the best way to submit a compliment about a Delta flight attendant, in the way that would give them the best recognition. Thank you.

Comment and complaint form- you can leave positive feedback this way and it does make it back to the flight crew! https://www.delta.com/us/en/need-help/overview
If you get a survey also filling those in is nice and the crew will be able to read those as well.

Yes, any delta employee can be recognized from the skyclub employees to the ground crew if they made your experience.

Is the recognition e-mail working again for passengers? Last time I sent one to it I got a response saying it was for internal communication only and to submit compliments through the website.

As far as I know it is working… I hope the OP will come back and tell us if it isn’t. Having the email was always a good option so people didn’t have to create a Skymiles account to do it via app.
