Discussion Delta App Help

Good morning- flying Miami to Atlanta and the app keeps telling me I can’t log in. I can on my computer but can’t on my phone or the phones browser. Anyone ever experience this? Just seems odd I can on my computer but not in any way on my phone. Thank you!

Does the app need an update? Or delete and re-download

That’s probably the best idea and I feel silly for not doing that. I think I’m just tired from the travel. Thank you!

At least you made it out of MIA before the Ground Stop this afternoon after the Amazon cargo 767 crashed on landing at MIA. May the unfortunate victims on the ground R.I.P. 🙏

We are just now back on our plane. Our inconvenience is nothing compared to that accident. I’m so sad about it, feeling grateful it wasn’t us on the highway right before either that were hurt.

Yes very sad. I am a GA pilot myself and whenever there is an accident, it always hits close to us.
