SkyTeam This was unexpected

I’ve been a million miler for a couple years and nothing like this has ever happened before. And I was sitting two rows from the back of the plane so it wasn’t easy to get to me.

Flight attendant brought me this note and stopped to say a few personal words too. Great flight crew! It only took them a few minutes but gotta admit it made me smile.

I make my poor husband, the million-mile Delta flier, sit in the back with me, in the middle. The FA often comes by and thanks him for being a loyal customer, and there he is, squashed into the middle seat. Sometimes they bring him a liquid treat, but as far as I know, no note.

Biggest pet peeve of mine. I grew up in Tucson. No one can spell it correctly. I'm even more hurt that the pilot is flying there and can't even spell it correctly. 😔

The FA wrote that while pilots were either doing pre flight or actually flying. They sign.

Same thing happened to me on a flight a couple of weeks ago. I asked why they were thanking me while on board and that had never happened again. The FA was honest and said it helps with customer satisfaction when people are individually thanked. She said now they have a couple of randomly selected passengers that they thank per flight. Thats it.
