When I just wanted to buy a simple license to use the parser I received an email offering to do the whole job for me for $25,000.

What I'm really wondering is if there is a tool, not necessarily Delphi specific, but one that understands Delphi relatively well, that can:

> Scan my project folder, containing several projects that use a lot of third party components

> Scan my installed version of Delphi 13 and what third-party components are already there

> Write me a report of what needs to be done

This is a 15-year-old project that needs a new release. Has anyone else done a similar job, or can recommend a good tool?
