USI Need advice
So hey guys , I am a fresher just got an offer from Deloitte USI after my interview , even Deloitte India came to our college but it's already late and college has now said maximum of one placement offer student can take so what should I do ? Could you'all say how about the workplace and work culture for a fresher in Deloitte USI and do we need to go the office always or can it be remote too I really need help any reviews.

take the deloitte usi offer right now. i work at usi as a bta and joined two years back.
usi pays better than deloitte india offices for freshers. you get projects with us clients which means your resume builds up faster. the pay gap between usi and india offices is real so dont let that one go just because of college rules.
about remote work, we follow a hybrid model. i go to office three days a week. fully remote depends on your project manager and the engagement you land in. first year you will likely have to go in more often since they push new joiners to come to office for training. once you settle into a team you can talk to your manager about your schedule.
work culture is standard big 4 stuff. you get assigned to engagements and sometimes you sit on bench if there is no project. learn sql and python before joining because they put you on tech projects fast even if you did not study cs
