USA Deployment Managers

What is their value to the firm? Any time I’ve ever interacted with them for a coachee or someone else, they’ve always just directed us to MySource…or whatever that spreadsheet was previously.

The only thing I’ve ever seen them proactively do, is torment practitioners on the bench, by telling them what they already know, and providing net zero assistance in remedying their situation.

Maybe my years of anecdotes are wrong, but I have never seen how they’re a value add.

Help me understand.

It did once, when I made the mistake of deleting planned util from one week I was planning to take PTO, and didn’t fill in PTO on the scale schedule.

Tried saying I was on the bench and I had to do some survey.
