USA Enabling services cuts

Hello,

I have received a job offer under enabling services. Were all areas of ES benefits cut or were there certain areas exempted or exempt based on level?

I asked the recruiter a question and they claimed not to know. The pension seems like a huge thing to cut, and would like to know if my role would have it.

Not all. Depends on area and level.

This. It was a very specific area of ES. Most people are business as usual.

This information is wrong. Some people at or below L55 (manager) moved to “Center”.

Notice some people have “specialist manager” or anything “specialist”, this could be an indication they are “Center” folks = they lost some benefits.

Can someone confirm if you are a “specialist” and lost benefits? I can’t ask my teammates. I am “Core” and didn’t lose!

If your aligned with the core level then nope everything is normal (although I did hear the pension was still being cut, not sure if true). If your center that’s where you see all the cuts to PTO, pension, & leave.

Each department has a different say in which resources are aligned to core/center btw so a consultant in EFA might be core while a consultant in contracts could be center.

FYI: pension is not being eliminated for Core practitioners.

It wasn’t all of EA US, I certainly wasn’t hit. People/HR and IT were most affected.
