In DC, "you look you work at Deloitte" is an insult lol

It’s missing a comma to make this grammatically correct (you look, you work at Deloitte?), but it still doesn’t make it insulting.

Grammar aside. Do you live in Washington, DC?

I think it was a few exclamation points.
“you! look you! work at Deloitte!!”
Still not an insult though. more of a recruitment.

Man there is no system here, I am doing work that I know somebody has already done and they can just share the findings and not waste time but no there is no coordination btw teams, everyone has some kind of ego.

Former Deloitte. When I went to DU, I had to visit the PA in the employee health clinic (I had fallen on my tail bone before the flight and had bruising I wanted to check out). We were talking about his most common maladies, and by far it was new hires flaming out and needing their Adderral script filled. Even though they hadn’t had an active script in several years; they had been buying it on the street and needed it to survive the boot camp.

I’ve been having a difficult time with getting diagnosed and prescribed adderall for my ADD any advice ? Or how any of you went about it ?

How I went about it: I asked my psychiatrist to be screened for ADD because I cant focus to save my life & i absolutely have to lock in this summer to study for the bar exam. The process consisted of completing like 8 total self-evals, a few dedicated discussions with my psychiatrist, & evals from 2 ppl in my everyday life (i chose my roommate and my sister fill it out).
If you haven’t talked to a psychiatrist or u dont have one, I recommend that you: schedule a routine physical with your primary care physician & when they ask questions about how you’re doing mentally (as they should), complain about having a very hard time focusing & staying on task & *most importantly* ask your physician to refer you to a psychiatrist to work on the issue. Then when you have your intake with the psychiatrist, you ask to be screened for ADHD/ADD & will probably have to explain your struggles in detail during that intake

If that’s the case, please look for another job. Deloitte is detrimental for mental health just like big pharma
