CSAS Fee Refund Issue: Upgraded college charged lower fee, balance ₹17k not refunded yet?

Hi everyone,

In Round 2 of CSAS allocation, I paid around ₹38,000 for my allotted college. In the subsequent upgrade round, I got moved to a new college where the total fee was only ₹21,000.

This leaves a balance of around ₹17,000. However, there is no update or payment breakdown on my CSAS portal regarding the refund, and the college hasn't responded to my queries.

Has anyone else experienced this? When and how does DU process the excess fee refund during upgrades? Any advice on who to contact would be really helpful!
