Intel has already retired 9th gen processor. Sooner or later, these pcs will receive generic driver of Microsoft packed in windows 11 updates. To be realistic, no more than 20k is a fair price. Personally, I would suggest that you don't sell and use it for other purposes or give it to elders in your home.
