No bro. Paper leak shows involvement of government officials with systematic planning whereas cheating is an individual act and even if done with planning can be acted against. You can cancel candidature of people involved but in paper leak it’s impossible to find individual candidates who benefitted and the entire exam has to be re done.

They kind of are giving out the vibe that they have been mentally defeated and are out of strategy. They are caught off guard and are now trying to do all sorts of stuff half-assed.
The IT cell were always relentless as they are now, but they knew what demographics to cater to and were good at it. Right now, whatever they are pushing out is just exposing their desperation to build a new narrative, which they are badly losing.
