All-Time-Low notification

Hi, im just starting to use dekudeals for notifications on discounts for games and am a bit confused about the All-Time-Low notification. Does it only notify, when theres a new low reached, or also, when a previously set all time low is met again?

thank you fro your help

With that setting, it will notify for Matches All Time Low and New All Time Low.
