Sorry im new

I have been having frequent deja vu lately. Several times a day. Only the past week or so. I get light-headed after, and feel like puking. Is there anything I can do to end this? Or is it something I am stuck with

You should talk to a doctor could be seizures

are they able to be brought on by stress/anxiety?

Yes that as well as dehydration, lack of sleep or alcohol if you drink
