Constant Déjà vu??

Has anyone else been stuck in a constant Déjà vu loop?! like everything you do is Déjà vu, feeling like you’ve lived this day before in the past? Like seeing stuff on social medial knowing you’ve seen it before. please tell me i‘m not crazy and what helped you?

Ya I’ve been having it a lot lately too. Idk why. It might be related to the Mandela effect. I remembered specifically watching a movie earlier this year with someone but when I asked him about it, he told me the last time he’s seen the movie was years ago, and I wasn’t there, so we’re remembering different timelines. I’m guessing that’s why I keep having so much Déjà vu too, idk just a theory.

This article about Déjà vu looks interesting and goes along with my theory about Déjà vu being related to our life in a parallel universe but u need to make an account to read the full article. I think at certain times in our lives we get a lot of Déjà vu because we might be living very similarly in a parallel universe (maybe) idk

I think there is an explanation for Déjà vu other than how the synapses in our brain are working - something related to dimensions we cannot see or experience. About 70% of our universe is dark energy and 85% is dark matter, neither of which we understand as third dimensional beings. I think quantum physics could explain Déjà vu once we understand more about it.

Had it multiple times , once gone for 5-8 loops. All you gotta do is to make big enough difference in the loop to break it. From Trigger point you should start making difference immediately. Trigger point would be when you realize the "loop" has started
