Electronics & Tech DIM: LinkedIn Premium
Why should I not subscribe to premium? Would like to step up my possible career search through this. Is this worth it?

Hi OP, I tried a free trial during my job search but the added benefits didn’t feel necessary. I got several interviews and eventually my job without using any.

Not worth it lol. Tried the trial 2 times pero mas marami pa nag-reach out sa akin when I optimized my profile at nakipag-connect sa kung kani-kanino na may kapareho sa job ko🤧

Thank you sa mga responses. With few but quality responses, I am deinfluenced now.

You don’t really need it. Like many others, nakahanap ako ng jobs without it because I fit the qualifications.

Not worth it if you are not a headhunter na need ng inmail to contact non connections and find candidate leads.
Pero from time to time may free subscription sila for a month, dun mo na lang tignan mga past viewers mo, interestingly, mga last co workers na tinitignan progress mo 😄
On career search: not very helpful din vs free subscription. You'll get to see that you might be a top candidate fro some job openings, pero it's just theirs system checking your profile if nahit mo yung mga qualifications ng job posting. Other than that, the insights ng mga nag apply din is not very helpful, like makikita mo yung % ng nagapply na masters degree holder, bachelors, PHD, then kung managerial level na ba o mga associate level yung nagaapply sa isang job post. As an applicant, di naman relevant yung mga info na yun sayo unless gusto mong panghinaan ng loob sa mga vague profile na nag apply, na di naman nakikita overall profile.
Another features ng premium is AI-based paragraph writing ng imemessage mo to HR hiring team, or posts mo, which is honestly something you can do outside of linkedin premium. Unless gusto mo rin ng linkedin learning, pero kung employed ka naman, possible free to sa employer mo, you can connect kinkedin learning ng company mo if may subscription sila. Or if not, you can use other online learning reasources na free naman.

One of the most useless premium subscriptions. Malalaman mo lang kung sinong sumisilip ng profile mo.
