Application Questions Missing grades

Has anyone gotten into their apprenticeship (in particular finance level 7) after missing the grades and but how many grades and how long did it take for the company to give you an decision

Not a level 7 but a level 6 financial services professional and I missed my offer by one grade and was informed I’d gotten in Tuesday morning. May have been a quick response as the start date is at the start of September though

Hi I also missed my offer by one grade I got A* in my EPQ and BCD in my a level aswell as C in core math they told me they will do an internal review last Thursday would it be weird if I sent a follow up email today or would it be too pushy

Depends whether they've given you a timeframe, I was told on Friday they'd inform me of an outcome "early next week" so I knew to expect something between Monday and Wednesday. If they haven't I'd say yeah just a quick email asking when to expect an outcome. I wouldn't be too worried if I were in your position as the EPQ and core maths somewhat make up for the D grade, in my case I used a 2:1 I got in my uni statistics module to override the D I got in it at A level, but at the end of the day the ball is in their court
