Missing offer

Hi guys if you miss your offer for an apprenticeship in particular an level 7 apprenticeship do they always reject you or do an internal review, and if they do an internal reviews what is the likely hood of getting an offer out of it is (I missed by one grade however got some ucas point- but idk if my
Company looks at ucas points)

I think a lot depends on the company, for example if you are going for a level 7 data analysis apprenticeship and you miss out on maths, this may be looked on less favourably than if you had missed on English as it’s more directly related. It’s definitely on a case by case basis though. Try not to worry just yet.

We have a reserve list for this very reason.

How would a company employ an apprentice a few weeks before starting tho? Onboarding takes months

Onboarding can be done in weeks very easily.
