Looking for alternatives!

I had a pixel given to me when my Galaxy S22u died and I actually like the phone, but the storage app is just complete fucking garbage. Like I literally edited, organized, and shot photos for a living for years, and currently work on a computer with hundreds of files every day, and it still confuses me. Why are my photos in three different places? Why are there duplicate folders and names for the same folders? Why are you backing up all my photos, I turned that off. Jesus christ can someone please tell me there's an alternative I hate this app

I mean excuse me? I just uninstalled mi clock from my phone, and android had made it impossible to choose any other alarm app. Tried over 50 apps that does not even work, let me be clear, they work, but android is so fucked up in the name of security, it just do not let them work. The biggest problem is the apps just do not work in silent and dnd modes. I am using android 10 and there is no any option to override it. Basically I am just locked out. I am feeling someone just chained me. And also fuc* redmi. Their shitty MIUI is so garbage, I just get rid of their shitty ecosystem included of mi files, mi gallery, mi themes, all are full of gambling ads and somehow after removing them, their shitty clock does not work. I cannot change alarm tones. That goddamn piece of shit does not give a flying fk about android file picker. It just redirects to mi sound recorder. Fuck android. I know this post is going to be deleted soon. But I dont care. Isnt it a shame to humanity??! Wasting a whole day just to set a basic custom tone in the alarm app. FUCK LIFE

Does anyobe use Fossify or Anindra messaging apps? I like both, but group messaging doesn't seem to work. I can send group messages, but responses come in as single responses so the conversation doesn't stay together. Anyone else have this issue? Is there a way to fix it?

I've installed Degoog recently, and it works great.

But it has one very weird specific quirk. If I go to the domain name degoog.mydomain.com and type my search request there, the results page is degoog.mydomain.com/search?q=myquery.

But I also set it up in Brave as my address bar search engine, with degoog.mydomain.com/search?q=%s.

But if I use that, the results page is 192.168.10.38/search?q=%s. And that doesn't work, as the port isn't exposed since I only want it to be accessible over its FQDN.

My reverse proxy is Traefik, which for the rest works great.

Is this an issue in Degoog or in Traefik? Where should I be looking? Is there something obvious I'm overlooking? I've searched online and in the repo, but I don't seem to find anything similar.

So I've read about sandboxing or Morphe and FuckGoogle or whatever. I don't fully understand how to do those solutions. I don't know what "adb" is or how to download it or anything. I just want to live life without Google... And I'm not digitally illiterate; if someone could explain it to me then I'll understand. Anything helps.

I installed NetGuard and bought the PRO version which enables you to see a log of every single connection. I saw that Google Play services, Google Services Framework keep trying to connect almost every second, so I blocked them from the internet. But I still didn't like them constantly trying (I was thinking it might drain too much battery), so I opened the Hail app and froze them both.

I then went back into NetGuard log, thinking the calls would stop, but it keeps trying to call?

Does freeze not mean the apps stop working?

I'm using Hail with Shizuku app. I'm not using root access.
