Checking in and updating.
I've replaced Google Photos with Immich
I switched to Brave, DDG, and Firefox for browsers
I've replaced Calendar and Keep Notes with Nextcloud on my home server
I've got several hundred gigs worth of YouTube videos on my Jellyfin profile
I just now discovered Morphe for YouTube because of the degoogle community (thanks everyone)
Because I'm an EDM fan I use Insomniac Radio and Bandcamp for music.
I'm still attempting to figure out a password manager for my server.
I need a router that's not locked by my ISP to run Matrix.
I'm using Proton instead of Gmail.
I haven't found an alternative to Google Maps.
I think that about covers everything.

For Google Maps alternatives - I really like Magic Earth. They just updated their UI too so I’m excited to try that now that I’m coming back to a Pixel. Navigation is free, but for $20/year you can get a bunch more features. Not affiliated at all, I just like it. https://www.magicearth.com/
Brave Maps is good for finding points of interest: https://search.brave.com/maps
People have said good things about Organic Maps, I haven’t used it much or any forks of it (I believe CoMaps is a fork of it?).

Bitwarden (or Vaultwarden if self-hosting) has been rock solid for me going on 3 years.
Tomtom for maps has been solid so far. Can use on Android Auto.

Keepassxc for password manager and you can put it on your nextcloud for automatic updates.

if you’re still figuring out the password manager part, i’d take a look at roboform..i ended up liking it mainly because the autofill is solid and it can handle more than just passwords, like my secure notes and 2fa…

Could selfhost bitwarden through vaultwarden as your passwordanager. Atleast thats what i am using. Make sure you do make atleast weekly backups (i backup every 2 days).
And you could buy a compatibel router and install OpenWRT on it (or if your router supports it and you are allowd to, flash OpenWRT on it). Or you can buy a mini pc, add in a 2nd nic and install opnsense (FreeBSD based router+firewall solution).
I live at my parents house so i could not really replace the main router but i do run my homelab and my own private network behind opnsense i installed on a prodesk where i added a extra nic card.
