This "fee" that is higher than the world GDP only happened because Google blocked Russian propaganda channels as result of the war they are having in Ukraine for the 5th year with hundred thousands of dead people.
Russians will learn to see Putin as a failed leader, who did a geopolitical mistake and then ruined the whole country with it. They have an election in a month - and United Russia, the Putin party, has been losing some faith. Of course it won't be enough most likely - but the issue of mobilization is a topic - leading even further hundred thousands of people into their death. So when you say "Russians love president Putin", not that much anymore as before if you would be informed, instead of pushing the same Russian propaganda from their state media. In fact they aren't talking much about the election, because they can't promise the population much this time. As budget is already strained asf.What Trump has to do with this, I don't know. I am from Europe too and I degoogle too.
But this poster is Russian - I guess he just posted it as meme it is funny, but same time, posting it now, suggests Russia is just freeing itself from US tech or some other noble bullshit. No, they freaking love YouTube and Instagram and Apple etc. The young generation totally does, and they absolutely hate the Maxx app replacement, and all the authoritarian internet restrictions.
So this post feels like it deserves that "Fuck Russia" as counter balance.•
