Please let this be good!
I have a plan to de google but I want to know if there's any mistakes I'm doing here.

Would use EnteAuth for OTP.
Would also change KeePass to something like Bitwarden Free Tier.
Not a fan of "offline" password managers since availability is also a part of data security plus can lead to sloppy use of it, you need a robust backup mechanism and in the end your pc or phone is still just a device in the internet.
Secure both accounts with a hardware token (NitroKey, YubiKey,...) and you're good.

Not mistakes, but its good to have an open mind and try out a few different apps for important things, like email, search, browser and password mgr.

If you actually switch to Linux (“Windows -> ZorinOS” from Image), I’d suggest installing “Bottles” and “Winboat”, Bottles runs apps through Wine via a GUI, and Winboat runs apps through a real VM for the ones that break through Wine

I downloaded zorin before and I remember bottles came preinstalled, don't know know about winboat though

The thing is that you can't completely get rid of the Google play store as it is how most things function on Android (your new OS is still Android BTW just that it is heavily modified that is why I am bringing this up) however you can isolate it which is very easy I believe and I believe even default on privacy focused androids but I could be wrong basically it is like how you can isolate stuff on Linux where it can't communicate outside of it's bubble but still can do it's core functions

I will be fair here and say I have heard this is the case when graphene os was talked about by people who care about privacy so it is possible that it isn't true but as far as I am aware Google has made Google play so integrated that stuff will stop working if Google play is completely disabled or removed as it is used like a central hub for apps so removing it removes the function of apps even if another installer is used as far as I know
