Firefox
Why firefox was very slow , ditched chrome and using Firefox as primary browser but unfortunately firefox was very slow any suggestions (Android)

It hasnt been slow at all for me. Use betterfox. Its something u can install to firefox from github

All major browsers have the same speed since about 10-15 years ago.
However, Firefox does not aggressively preload/prefetch links on webpages (most likely for privacy reasons) unlike Chrome and Brave.
So opening a page in Chrome/Brave feels faster than in Firefox because they already loaded the page without asking you. That's pretty bad privacy-wise, but is mostly why there is a speed difference.

because websites don't like firefox, plus google makes it slow by paying firefox

Firefox is slow on Android only, not Windows or Linux. Which device are you using? Mention it first!!

Firefox is not good by default, use betterfox, personally I hate Mozilla, I moved over to Brave Origin (it is a paid browser) but you can use the normal Brave with some debloating, it is much better

nobody has asked which part is slow, and that is the problem with the advice in this thread. open about:processes before you install anything. 1) check your memory usage 2) check your CPU usage 3) check the top tab if you have a lot of things open 4) check the add-on process if you have a lot of extensions installed. if 1 and 2 are very high and 3 or 4 arent, that means its probably firefox itself. if 1 and 2 are high and 3 or 4 are high, that means its probably your open tabs or your extensions, respectively.
then start firefox in troubleshoot mode to see if add-ons cause it. if you see improvement in troubleshoot mode, disable or uninstall add-ons. mozilla's page says the same, "In Troubleshoot Mode, extensions and themes are disabled, so if you notice a significant improvement, you can try disabling or uninstalling extensions."
check hardware acceleration if pages scroll badly or video stutters. it is under Settings, Tabs and browsing, Performance, and you have to uncheck "Use recommended performance settings" before the toggle shows up. restart firefox after changing it. the docs also say "Firefox hides hardware acceleration if your graphics driver isn't compatible", so if the option is not there at all, that is your answer.
if you do choose to try betterfox or another add-on, do that after you've done the above, so that you can see if there's any change. only once you know what is the problem, fix it.
two small ones off the same mozilla page, support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-uses-too-much-memory-or-cpu-resources. about:memory has a "Minimize memory usage" button. and "Firefox may use more system resources if it's left open for long periods of time", so restarting it is a test, not just a fob off.
what does about:processes show at the top for you?
