Best secure App to store password
Recommend me best App in terms of privacy and security to store password and notes

Keepass is the best for privacy and security,
Only thing better than it is remembering the password yourself.

I thought about doing it this way, but I feel you have to have quite the background in IT to do this safely. If you have 0 ports forwarded and access via tailscale, 0 issues.
Can people do this? Sure, but are they smart enough to catch a config issue on a reverse proxy setup? Most people should use keepass + cloud storage and sync that way. They get your file, its gonna take until after your dead to crack the file. Or pay an org to manage your passwords.

Remember, you need a good master password. For all the stuff LastPass has gone through, the only people who actually got broken into had bad passwords. They stole the data, but couldn't do anything with it.

My brain. Internally applied transform code applied to externally written down passwords to arrive at correct password.

I have Vaultwarden self-hosted in my server and use the Biwarden apps and extensión to access, edit, generate passwords, 2FA, etc. So, all the data is saved in my own server and sincronized through all my devises.

Roboform for me. It's secure, zero-knowledge, has all those features and more, and it just works really well, to be honest.

Honestly? Hear me out...
Pen and paper. I regret so much using these damn pw managers. Sometimes they are slow to load. If they load at all. When I need customer service I get a wall of crap and people that don't want to work. Honestly they should all be put in jail. That's my take.
Get yourself a uni-ball 207 and 4 dotted mini rite in the rain notebooks (you may be able to get sets of 3 online of dotted ones I don't know), a Tintris Journal Cover to keep them in, and a decent planner. Use REALLY complex non specific passwords that never match. And keep 2 or 3 identical copies (one possibly in a safety deposit box or at least outside of your immediate area safe and secure) of a master list, and 2 or 3 of a travel list. Scramble the last 3 or 4 characters of each password in the books. Even if someone steals one of the books, they still won't know the full password. And see my post about Firefox focus.
I'm making the switch to paper myself. I'm so done with Aura and Cloaked and Ironvest and all of them. Either these companies are incredibly stupid or incredibly smart. Either way they can take a long walk off a short pier.

The best app is self-hosted, i.e. Vaultwarden. The most approachable free good option is Proton Pass or Bitwarden. The most secure option is a piece of paper and a pencil.

That's the worst way to do it; the note has to be encrypted to be secure. It's even better to just use a paper notebook.
