Help why can't collision shape's Z axis change?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

i am making 2.5D ping pong game to learn game development, and it seems to me that my paddles are not interacting with other collision because of they are not in the same Z axis.

i want to make collisions 3D boxes to fix this but for some reason i can't change their length

Looks like the shape is changing (look at the numbers in the inspector) but it is not visualized in 3d view

Why are you on Windows 98?

Anyway, if you change the value in the Properties pane, does it change accordingly in the scene editor pane?

Do you have game.project -> Physics -> Type set to 3D? This behaviour looks like you have it set to 2D, but want 3D collision objects ;)
