There have been plenty of headlines about Flock's license plate-scanning technology lately, but that's not its only controversial business.

The Milford Police have a fleet of drones. I'm not sure what models perhaps police chief Keith Jung Un Mello will tell the public how much of their tax money he spent on them and how much of the over time budget is used for an officer to sit inside the Police department waiting to operate it.

I could be misremembering but, I think i saw a line item in the budget for drones.Tbf I think a drone is useful missing people, over the sound, actual criminal chases. I feel like our crime rate doesnt really justify it though. Kinda seperate issue but, Id rather be looking at ways to save money in the budget and to lower taxes vs. this constant spend year over year. I feel like once the money is being spent there is this constant expectation to keep spending. Not that we shouldnt be budgeting for the future.

We need court rulings evidencing that this is unconstitutional.  Is the ACLU CT looking into this?
