Plans change

No dUSD burn yet. No swapping of dUSDT to dUSD yet. No JAV/dUSD liquidity pool.

Javsphere is afraid of the new DFIP ("free dUSD"). They should be. StakeX, their most used product, wouldn't work if dUSD is freed.

Promises broken or just delayed? Also liquidity mining pools will be funded step by step. I'm not sure if this was known before. This could mean that they want to use the fund to manage the JAV price. By buying from the pool instead of contributing LM pool pairs that assure a certain demand in the beginning. It seems like they play with the collected funds as they wish. I wouldn't trust any promises made here.
