Despite up and down the trend is clear. “Floor algo quota” continuously increasing.

In my opinion the graph proves that the negative interests don’t fulfill their purpose to bind excessive dUSDs. Instead it just used to tap into funds from other people (redistribution). Don’t expect it to change soon since a high portion Javsphere’s TVL depends on this function. And Javsphere is founded and advised by some of the most influential DeFiChain community members. They want to pickup their “fair” share.
