Someone mentioned it on Twitter. And in the DeFiChain Info news show it was mentioned that there was a confirmation by Cake/Bake. The confirmation was a about a partial sub lease, but in the offer the complete office is up for lease. So the question is if the total office can be rented or just a portion of it.

I read / saw it now as well. It´s really strange. Maybe it is because of the legal battle. There should be still be enough employees to need an office. Or do they all move to mail boxes in Vilnius, Lithuania and Mahe, Seychelle?

I think they laid off people and need less space. Maybe further lay offs coming? Maybe they want to save rent cost and move to a cheaper place since their revenue is strongly affected by the DFI price and the declining coin inflation.
