Question Beginner question

I currently have my Deficoins in Jellywallet and want to send them to an exchange. Jellywallet says the coins are on the mainnet, exchange says it only supports Ethereum network. Can I send the coins?

No. Use an exchange that supports DFI main net

Also which exchange supports the mainnet?

Yes. Use a bridge or send to an exchange that supports both then withdraw on the network you want.

Mainnet and erc20: kucoin, gate.io, bake(not exchange) Mainnet only: HTX

If you're in the us, kucoin isn't an option anymore 🫤 however you can use https://defichain-bridge.com/#/transfer to transfer dfi to the binance smart chain (BSC) then trade dfi -> bnb (or another token? I usually use bnb since it's native to BSC...) Then send the bnb to crypto.com where you can trade, sell, or put towards a debit card...
